Leadership Training :
The muslim women of the area are poor and not much aware of their status and away from modern changes. The need to bring awareness about the govt. schemes and their rights the organization conducted leadership development training with communication skills leading towards capacity building for their empowerment that they may be included in the development scenario with equal opportunities.
The programme aims at enhancing women’s to resources for better quality of life through use of drudgery and time reduction devices, health, literacy & confidence enhancement and increasing their control over their income through their involvement in skill development and income generating activities.
The major objectives of the programme are :

To build better services in terms of coordination with legal, law enforcement and health systems and to build up the capacity of the community to respond to violence, increase networks and identify advocacy issues for the program. An integrated approach of intervention, prevention and advocacy is used to ensure reporting and redressal of violence, along with a coordinated response from the community, public systems (legal, law enforcement, health) and other organizations working on related issues.

Creation of confidence and awareness among women regarding their status, health, nutrition, education, sanitation and hygiene, legal rights, economic upliftment and other social, economic and political issues.

Strengthening and institutionalizing the savings habit in rural women and their control over economic resources.
